A BILL to repeal §30-42-1, §30-42-2, §30-42-3, §30-42-4, §30-42-5, §30-42-6, §30-42-7, §30-42-8, §30-42-9, §30-42-10, §30-42-11, §30-42-12, §30-42-13, §30-42-14, §30-42-15, §30-42-16, §30-42-17, §30-42-18, §30-42-19, and §30-42-20, relating to the termination of the West Virginia Contractor Licensing Board.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
