A BILL to repeal §61-8B-19 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to confidentiality of court files and law-enforcement records.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

§1 Repeal of section regarding confidentiality of court files and law-enforcement records. That §61-8B-19 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal certain provisions of code relating to confidentiality of court files and law-enforcement records.
