A BILL to repeal §49-5-106 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to repealing the data collection code section relating to the Supreme Court of Appeals, the Division of Juvenile Services, the Department of Human Services, and the Department of Education, jointly collecting and compiling data as the Juvenile Justice Reform Oversight Committee sunset on December 31, 2020.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

§49-5-106. Data Collection
[Repealed.]
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal a section dealing with data collection for the Juvenile Reform Oversight Committee, which terms have expired due to a sunset provision.
