A BILL supplementing, amending, and increasing existing items of appropriation from the State Road Fund to the Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, fund 9017, fiscal year 2026, organization 0803, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.

WHEREAS, The Governor submitted to the Legislature an Executive Message dated March 6, 2026, which included an updated Statement of the State Road Fund; and

WHEREAS, It appears from the statement of the State Road Fund there remains an unappropriated balance in the State Treasury which is available for appropriation during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026; therefore

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, to fund 9017, fiscal year 2026, organization 0803, be supplemented and amended by increasing existing items of appropriation as follows:

Title II – Appropriations.
