A BILL to repeal §62-15A-1, §62-15A-2, and §62-15A-3 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to repealing the Addiction Treatment Pilot Program to repeal all portions of the legislation as the pilot program no longer exists.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 15A. ADDICTION TREATMENT PILOT PROGRAM.
§62-15A-1. Definitions.
[Repealed].
§62-15A-2. The Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety Drug Addiction Treatment Program.
[Repealed].
§62-15A-3. Annual reports.
[Repealed].
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to address the Addiction Treatment Pilot Program and repeal all portions of the legislation as the pilot program no longer exists.
