A BILL to repeal §60-2-17b of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the establishment of the Wine and Liquor Operations Fund and operations fee.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 2. ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTROL COMMISSIONER.

§1. Repeal of section establishing Wine and Liquor Operations Fund and operations fees.

That §60-2-17b of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the section of the code that established the Wine and Liquor Operations Fund and operations fees.
