A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding a new section, designated §37-6-30a, relating to landlord and tenant; and requiring approved sewage systems for all rental properties.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
Article 6. Landlord and tenant.
§37-6-30a. Sewage requirements for rental properties.
All rental properties in this state must be equipped with approved septic systems or sewer systems and not straight piping of sewage.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to require approved sewage systems for all rental properties.
