A BILL to repeal §5A-1-11 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the State of West Virginia Office of Equal Opportunity.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 1. DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION.
§1. Repeal of section concerning the State of West Virginia Office of Equal Opportunity.
[Repealed.]
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to remove references related to the Office of Equal Opportunity.
