A BILL to repeal §11-6J-3 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, relating to the ad valorem property valuation of specialized high-technology property.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of section establishing valuation of certain specialized high-technology property.
That §11-6J-3 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the section establishing valuation of specialized high-technology property.
