A BILL to repeal §55-2-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended relating to the statute of limitation on bringing an action for entry upon or recovery of lands.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§55-2-1. Entry upon or recovery of lands.
[Repealed].
