A BILL to repeal §20-2-42L of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; relating to repeal of the Class A-1 small arms hunting stamp.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 2. Wildlife Resources.
§20-2-42l. Class A-1 small arms hunting stamp.
[Repealed].
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the section of code relating to the Class A-1 small arms hunting stamp.
